We try and keep the website as updated as possible, and therefore, most of the items featured on the site are items we have in stock. If the selected item is not in stock, we will contact you with an alternative solution or refund you accordingly.

Yes. All printing and engraving required are included in the price of the product. For medals, a ribbon is also included.

Order and returns help

We allow the return of all items within 15 days after delivery. We only accept engraved items in case of damages since the engraving is permanent and cannot be removed; therefore, we cannot resell such items.

One should include all the needed text information in the order notes section on the checkout page. Any logos or images required can be sent via email or shared on our Facebook chat. Please make sure to include the order number so we can link this with your order.
